I was in the area for a nearby arts & crafts fair and stopped by this location to grab lunch with my sister! The house ramen is quite pleasant… a light dashi broth but the noodles were bouncy/chewy! Plus the chashu pork was delicious and the portions were generous. Prices weren’t too outrageous either. My sister got the chicken karaage bowl and it even came with a mini ramen bowl. I will definitely be back if I’m ever in the area again.

I’ve eaten here a couple of times, and I do enjoy the broth, i usually get the spicy miso whoch i enjoy. This time i had the house ramen.it has a nice depth of flavor and on the lighter side of broths id say. The noodles are on the thicker side and were a bit softer than I personally prefer. Unfortunately, the egg missed the mark for me. It tasted more like a standard hard-boiled egg rather than the seasoned, softer ramen egg I was hoping for. The chashu pork was tender and delicious. It didn’t have much of a char, which I typically enjoy, but the texture and flavor were still very enjoyable. Overall, the ramen was ok. One thing I appreciate is the variety of customization options for noodles, toppings, and proteins, which makes it easy to tailor your bowl to your preferences.

Food is phenomenal. I usually hit the Hinodeya in San Francisco when I visit, but this was only a few blocks from my hotel. The ramen was as delicious as The one in SF. It will continue to be a stable for my trips. Best ramen outside of Japan - and better than some I had there. Always worth the visit!

For all the fellow vegetarians looking for a solid ramen spot…this one will surprise you. Super attentive, kind staff (which instantly earns points), and the food delivers. Tried their creamy ramen and it was rich, comforting, and actually flavorful. No bland tofu energy here. Already thinking about my next visit!

Yup, this is a do yourself a favor restaurant. So good. When you walk in you feel the flavor. When they seat you some one from the great beyond announces your arrival with a drum. I guess it could be another server, but I am going for the ethereal vibes on this one One seated the service was great. They were always there with water or drinks or more food. I started with the Aburi Chashu and was not disappointed. Very good flavor profile and nothing that would smack you in the tastebuds. It was subtle and flavorful. Just as one flavors was leaving there was a new one to take its place. I would certainly do that again. I followed that up with the Spicy Butter Corn ramen and I was happy I did. I am not sure if they make the noodles in house, but it tastes like they do. The egg was perfect, the noodles got better the deeper I got into the dish, it was just a fantastic meal. Do it. Just do it. Do yourself a favor and grab a bowl of this stuff; you will not regret it.
